Well I can hardly believe that it is 2011!  Where has this past year gone? 

Let me begin with my New Year's Resolutions:
1.  Blog
2.  Exercise a minimum of 3 times a week
3.  Get back on the Weight Watchers wagon

I have decided to blog this year.  My cousin Cherish blogs on a regular basis and I love looking at her pictures and reading about her kids and her life. 

I started ZUMBA last April and I am loving it.  I recently became an instructor in October and I am enjoying my time teaching classes.  I have lost 50 pounds dancing in ZUMBA classes and I am hoping to continue my journey of a healthy life and continued weightloss.

I began logging my meals on my online Weight Watchers account on January 1st.  I was successful with it back in March and stopped after school got out.  I decided to get back with it to help with my weight loss.
